I've been working with people since 2013 : executives, practitioners, leaders who look successful but are stuck in patterns they can't see.

I’m a hypnotherapist & transformational coach. I unlock the subconscious spaces that sabotage everything. Thousands of hours with real clients who needed real fixes.

When I began my entrepreneurial journey I had two things in mind :
- As a solo mom, I will make anything that is in my power to give my son the best life I can.
- I have acquired knowledge that everybody should have in their life .

I’ve been through a lot, both in my personal and professional life, but as difficult as it has been and can still be sometimes,
I have never forget that we have so much power inside that we can imagine and we must continue and have faith. That’s the basics.

This is Victor !

After a medical-scientific course and around thirty years supporting Organ Transplantation and Autoimmune Disease teams, Victor was heavily involved in the establishment of post-sexual violence therapeutic workshops and the creation of "The Stop Sexual Violence" association.

Being a fencing master and combining his medical and therapeutic knowledge, Victor has developed a fencing-based therapy technique for reclaiming physical and emotional agency.

The goal is to regain control over aggression and release emotions.

Thanks to a major career turnaround, Victor was able to rediscover his initial life mission and put his passion into supporting people by becoming a Master Hypnotherapist for 10 years now.

Victor is strongly attached to the principles of Respect, Consent and Honesty.
Solo father of 7 children, Latino dancer and Fitness instructor, he loves cooking special dishes from his native Tropical Island : Mauritius.

How does Quanta think about geography and what makes a launch location strategic?

Quanta is transnational by design. Anchoring the project to a single country would reduce its positioning to a local school, which is precisely what it is built to transcend.
The strategic model draws from platforms like Mindvalley or Success Resources, which operate with distinct regional agendas such as European cohorts, Asian cohorts, each adapted in messaging and cultural framing, while sharing the same methodology and standards.

The first launch location is a hub decision chosen for its capacity to attract international participants, activate a regional flywheel, and set the replication template for every hub that follows.

The criteria are six:
- The cultural perception of hypnosis in that region;
- The availability of a premium client base willing to invest €10-15K and travel;
- The city's international pull as a destination;
- The capacity to create a visible social experience that generates organic momentum;
- The regulatory and legal environment for operating events and training;
- And The destination's natural attractiveness as a place people genuinely want to travel to, which is integral to the Quanta experience model.
However, Singapore stands out as the leading candidate for the first hub, a strategic shift accelerated by current global realignments, as business leaders and influential investors increasingly relocate there from the Gulf region.

The idea behind this strategy is that each location activates a different regional flywheel.
The first hub will set the replication template, which is why the decision requires a CMO with regional GTM expertise, and will be validated within 30-60 days of funding.

What happens after someone completes the certification?

Graduation marks a transition into a different role within the ecosystem.

- Graduates access the AI platform for ongoing case management and professional development;
- Join a structured peer supervision community built from their cohort,
- and enter a cross-referral network with fellow practitioners.
As the ecosystem grows, pathways toward assistant trainer roles and advanced specialization tracks open progressively.

Every graduate remains a living node in the Quanta network.

This is Victor !

After a medical-scientific course and around thirty years supporting Organ Transplantation and Autoimmune Disease teams, Victor was heavily involved in the establishment of post-sexual violence therapeutic workshops and the creation of "The Stop Sexual Violence" association.

Being a fencing master and combining his medical and therapeutic knowledge, Victor has developed a fencing-based therapy technique for reclaiming physical and emotional agency.

The goal is to regain control over aggression and release emotions.

Thanks to a major career turnaround, Victor was able to rediscover his initial life mission and put his passion into supporting people by becoming a Master Hypnotherapist for 10 years now.

Victor is strongly attached to the principles of Respect, Consent and Honesty.
Solo father of 7 children, Latino dancer and Fitness instructor, he loves cooking special dishes from his native Tropical Island : Mauritius.
